We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant who is eager to grow their career in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role provides hands-on experience in Accounts Payable and broad exposure to general accounting functions, offering a strong foundation for long-term career development within our organization.
This position is ideal for an accounting professional who wants to build expertise in ERP systems, manufacturing cost structures, financial reporting, and internal controls while contributing to a collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities
Accounts Payable & Operational Accounting
  • Process high-volume vendor invoices (raw materials, supplies, and services)
  • Perform three-way matching (PO, receiving, invoice)
  • Partner with Purchasing and Receiving to resolve discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate vendor master data
  • Prepare and execute payment runs (checks, ACH, wires)
  • Reconcile vendor statements and manage AP aging
  • Support cash flow planning and working capital management
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies
General Accounting & Financial Support
  • Assist with month-end and year-end close
  • Prepare journal entries, including accruals
  • Reconcile general ledger accounts
  • Support financial reporting and management analysis
  • Assist with internal and external audits
  • Maintain organized accounting documentation
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
  • 2–5 years of accounting experience (manufacturing preferred)
  • Strong Accounts Payable experience in a high-volume environment
  • ERP system experience required
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups)
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the company
